The MD plus is a field-programmable closed loop DC drive system with an advanced velocity-form PID algorithm for accurate and responsive control. These closed loop devices require an encoder/speed pick-up - our Dart PU-40E is an excellent choice! The MD plus system also features a unique, isolated 4-20mA input and output for easy integration with existing process control systems. This series is ideal for metering pump applications. Standard features include: 1/50 to 2.0 HP range Universal power supply supports 85-265 VAC input 1/8 or 1/4 DIN panel mount with NEMA 4X faceplate or NEMA 4 stand-alone enclosure Front panel field-programming (with lock-out jumper) Target and actual speed can be any engineering unit of measure Two alarm relay outputs (form C, 5 Amp @ 250 VAC) Large 1/2 in LED display Master/Follower modes Displays set point or actual running speed Adjustable PID settings

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping
