Description

The ADAM-4022T dual loop PID controller is a Serial-based controller. It was designed as the product of Advantech's ADAM-4000 series with Serial based PID controller. With an excellent accuracy ±0.15%, the ADAM-4022T is an ideal controller for temperature and other processing variable in heating and cooling applications and environmental tests. ADAM-4022T utility software can help you select input and range configurations, set the operating parameter (SP, Sv, Pv ….. etc) for your process control needed. ADAM-4022T utility software also integrates the trend chart to help you monitor and debug your control setting. ADAM-4022T was designed to use in industrial environment. It can be installed on the standard DIN rail inside the cabinet. And it can be powered by unregulated 10~30Vdc to meet the various power supplied source in field. It also withstands ambient temperature up to 60 o C and resists the effects of vibration and mechanical shock.

Upon receipt, all parts are visually inspected for damage and then photographed to document their condition. Parts acquired from vendors must meet our quality standards.

Industrial computer boards and other parts we are equipped to evaluate are tested to verify functionality and discover possible damage.

Our Process: Refurbishment
Refurbishment

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Our Process: Repair
Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Final Testing

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Our Process: Shipping
Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.
