Our Lenze AC Tech SCM IP20 AC drives are ideal for motor control applications that need variable speed… and cost-effective enough for those that do not. This drive can also be applied as a 'phase-converter' to operate a 3-phase motor from a single-phase supply. The compact packaging and comprehensive functionality make them an ideal drive equipment requiring variable speed, soft starting or reversing operation. Easy to configure and ready to use right out of the box for most simple applications, these drives will perform many application specific tasks such as multiple preset speeds, electronic braking and motor jogging. Like all AC Tech sub-micro drives, the SCM drives use the EPM memory technology for fast and efficient programming. The SCM Series drive virtually eliminates the need for 2-speed motors and starters and reversing starters, and it can be applied as a "phase-converter" to operate a three phase motor from a single-phase supply. Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping

THE SCM SERIES - Sub-micro AC drive with basic I/O The compact packaging and comprehensive functionality makes the SCM an ideal drive to use on equipment requiring variable speed, soft starting or reversing operation.
