Our most technically advanced inverter drive continues AC Tech Lenze's tradition of innovative compact inverter design. Our versatile SMVector Series can be used with 3-phase AC induction motors rated from 1/3 HP up to 60HP on voltages from 120V single-phase to 600 V three-phase. Like all AC Tech sub-micro drives, the SMVector uses  Electronic Programming Module (EPM) for fast and hassle-free programming. The NEMA 1 housing and performance flexibility make the SMVector an attractive solution for a broad range of AC Motor applications and with several communications protocols available such as: Food Processing machinery Packaging machinery Material handling systems Conveying Systems HVAC systems Programmable digital and analog I/O allow the drive to be configured for many application specific tasks such as multiple preset speeds, electronic braking and motor jogging to name a few. The power ranges of the SMVector with NEMA 1 (IP31) include: 120/240V – 1Phase Input, up to 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) 200/240V – 1 or 3 Phase Input, up to 3.0 HP (2.2 kW) 200/240V – 3 Phase Input, up to 20 HP (15 kW) 400/480V – 3 Phase Input, up to 60 HP (45 kW) 480/600V – 3 Phase Input, up to 60 HP (45 kW) Whether your application automates a single machine or an entire facility, the SMVector is fully equipped to make the process a breeze.

Preparation

Once you accept your quote and confirm your order, we prepare by retrieving related parts and components from our inventory. Anything we do not currently have in stock is sourced.

Receiving

Upon receipt, all parts are visually inspected for damage and then photographed to document their condition. Parts acquired from vendors must meet our quality standards.

Initial Testing

Industrial computer boards and other parts we are equipped to evaluate are tested to verify functionality and discover possible damage.

Our Process: Refurbishment
Refurbishment

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Our Process: Repair
Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Final Testing

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.
