The LVC-2001 is a fanless vehicle system featuring power-efficient CPU, rich I/O functionality and environmental endurance, making it highly applicable in mobile vehicle setting. LVC-2001 equips the new generation SoC (System-on-Chip) Intel® Bay Trail Atom™ E3845 CPU. This processor consumes low volume of power and delivers the required performance for vehicle computing needs. LVC-2001 equips the new generation SoC (System-on-Chip) Intel® Bay Trail Atom™ E3845 CPU. This processor consumes low volume of power and delivers the required performance for vehicle computing needs. LVC-2001 also offers expandable functionality. It boasts an abundance of I/O peripheral connectivity including 2 serial COM ports, 2 video output by HDMI and VGA, USB and Digital I/O ports, 2 RJ-45 LAN ports and SATA/mSATA storage options. To achieve wireless network connectivity, LVC-2001 offers 3 mini-PCIe sockets with 4 SIM card readers supporting 3G/4G/LTE cellular communications. In addition, the compact system comes with an option of CAN bus for concerns of driving behavior analysis. LVC-2001 also offers expandable functionality. It boasts an abundance of I/O peripheral connectivity including 2 serial COM ports, 2 video output by HDMI and VGA, USB and Digital I/O ports, 2 RJ-45 LAN ports and SATA/mSATA storage options. Our Process: Refurbishment
Refurbishment

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Our Process: Repair
Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Final Testing

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.
