Description

AP408: High Voltage Digital Input/Output
The AP408 monitors or controls the on/off (high/low) status of up to 32 devices. Each channel can be used as an input or output. All 32 input channels can be configured with interrupts for a change of state or level detection of any bit. The TTL input threshold includes hysteresis for increasing noise immunity. In order to ensure safe, reliable control under all conditions, output operation is "fail-safe." That is, the outputs are always off upon power-up and are automatically cleared following a software reset. Loopback monitoring of critical control signals is easy since the input and output circuitry are connected in tandem to each channel. Designed for COTS applications these digital I/O modules deliver high-density, high-reliability, and high-performance at a low cost. AcroPack modules are ROHS compliant and ideal for military, defense, automation, aerospace, scientific, and development labs industries. Note: AcroPack modules are compatible only with the carriers listed in the accessory section of this page.AcroPack Module: 32 bidirectional input/output channels

Industrial computer boards have all components with low MTBF numbers (such as capacitors and connectors) replaced and are washed in our PCB cleaner to remove dust and grime.

Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Final Testing

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.
